This privacy policy describes how PitiXtech OÜ (hereinafter PitiXtech, we, the company) collects, uses, and protects personal data provided to us by our customers and website visitors at https://www.pitixtech.eu. PitiXtech processes personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2016/679 and the Estonian Personal Data Protection Act.

PitiXtech retains personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which the data was collected or as required by law. Order and accounting data are stored for up to seven years, customer communication data for up to two years, and marketing data until the customer withdraws consent.

PitiXtech may share data with trusted partners when it is necessary for fulfilling an order or meeting legal obligations. Such partners may include payment service providers such as banks, Montonio or Shopify Payments, transport and courier services, and accounting or IT service providers. All partners are required to ensure personal data protection in accordance with the GDPR and may not use the data for other purposes.

Customers have the right to receive information about the processing of their data, request correction or deletion of their data, withdraw previously given consent, object to data processing, request data portability, and file a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate if they believe their rights have been violated.
