General Provisions

These terms of use and sale apply to all purchases made in the online store https://www.pitixtech.eu, owned and operated by PitiXtech OÜ. The terms regulate the use of the online store, product ordering, the conclusion of sales contracts, and the rights and obligations between the customer and PitiXtech.

PitiXtech OÜ reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. All updates will be published on the website and will take effect immediately once visible to customers.

Product and Price Information

All prices are displayed in euros (€) and include the applicable value-added tax (24%) unless otherwise stated. Product prices and availability may change without prior notice. If a customer places an order before a price change takes effect, the price valid at the time of purchase will apply.

PitiXtech strives to ensure that product information, including descriptions, technical specifications, and images, is accurate and up to date, but cannot guarantee that it will always be completely error-free.

Ordering and Payment

To place an order, select the desired products, add them to the shopping cart, and fill in the required fields. An order becomes valid once the payment has been successfully completed.

Accepted payment methods include bank links and payment services such as Montonio and Shopify Payments, credit and debit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, and Revolut, and invoice-based payments for business clients by prior agreement.

By confirming an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the applicable terms of use, sale, and warranty conditions.

Delivery

PitiXtech delivers products using the method chosen by the customer, including parcel machine, courier delivery, or local pickup. Orders are usually processed and shipped within one to five working days if the product is in stock.

Delivery time depends on the customer’s location and the shipping service provider. If delivery is delayed due to reasons beyond our control, such as courier delays or supplier issues, the customer will be informed as soon as possible.

Right of Withdrawal and Returns

Consumers have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within fourteen days of receiving the goods, in accordance with §56 of the Estonian Law of Obligations Act and EU consumer protection directives.

Returned goods must be unused and in their original packaging. The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-built computers, opened software, or products made or modified according to the customer’s specifications.

Warranty and Claims

All products are covered by a warranty provided by the manufacturer or by PitiXtech OÜ as the seller. A consumer may submit a claim within twenty-four months from the date of receiving the goods.

The warranty does not cover physical damage, misuse, or problems resulting from improper handling or maintenance. Detailed information can be found in the Warranty Terms.

Processing of Personal Data

PitiXtech processes personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Data is used solely for fulfilling orders, managing customer relations, and maintaining service quality.

Liability and Force Majeure

PitiXtech is not liable for losses arising from circumstances where product delivery or use is hindered by force majeure, such as natural disasters, acts of war, strikes, government restrictions, or transport disruptions.

PitiXtech is not responsible for incorrect information provided by the customer, damages caused by improper product use or third-party interference, or data loss resulting from the customer’s failure to back up important files or information.

Dispute Resolution

All disputes between the customer and PitiXtech will be resolved primarily through negotiation. If an agreement cannot be reached, the consumer has the right to contact the Consumer Disputes Committee at Endla 10A, Tallinn, or file a claim with the Harju County Court. All prices, contracts, and agreements are governed by Estonian law.

All texts, images, and designs published on the website are the property of PitiXtech OÜ or its partners and are protected by copyright law. Copying, reproducing, or distributing this content without prior written permission from PitiXtech is strictly prohibited.
