Shipping policy
General Provisions
These shipping terms apply to all orders placed in the PitiXtech online store at https://www.pitixtech.eu. The terms regulate product delivery, shipping times, and possible limitations.
PitiXtech ensures that all shipments are delivered to customers safely, within a reasonable timeframe, and via trusted logistics partners.
Delivery Methods
PitiXtech offers several convenient delivery options, including parcel machines such as Omniva, DPD, and Itella SmartPOST, courier services delivering directly to your door or office, and personal pickup by prior arrangement.
All available delivery methods and their prices are displayed before completing the order, allowing the customer to select the most suitable option.
Delivery Times
If the product is in stock, the order will typically be delivered within one to five working days from the date of payment. For custom orders or products shipped from partner warehouses, delivery may take up to ten to fourteen working days.
All delivery times are approximate and may be extended due to circumstances beyond PitiXtech’s control, such as courier delays, holidays, or weather conditions. If a delay occurs, the customer will be notified via email.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs depend on the weight, size, and delivery method chosen by the customer. Exact shipping rates are displayed before confirming the order. Orders over one hundred euros are delivered free of charge within Estonia. For international deliveries, separate rates apply depending on the destination country.
Order Tracking
Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive an email with a tracking link to follow the shipment. If the tracking link is not received within two working days after payment confirmation, the customer is advised to contact info@pitixtech.eu.
Receiving and Inspecting Goods
The customer must inspect the shipment upon delivery. If the package is damaged, opened, or otherwise compromised, the customer must immediately inform the courier and send an email to info@pitixtech.eu with photos of the damage.
If the product has been damaged during transport, PitiXtech will replace or refund the product at the company’s expense.
Failed Delivery
If the customer fails to collect the parcel from a parcel machine or is unavailable during courier delivery and the package is returned to PitiXtech, the company reserves the right to charge re-delivery costs.
If the customer does not respond to repeated notifications within thirty days, the order will be canceled and the amount refunded minus the original shipping cost.
International Deliveries
PitiXtech also ships to other European Union countries. International shipments may be subject to additional customs duties, import taxes, or VAT, which are the customer’s responsibility. The delivery time for international orders is typically five to fifteen working days, depending on the destination and carrier.

Force Majeure
PitiXtech is not responsible for delivery delays caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters, strikes, war, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond the company’s control.
