Refund policy

General Provisions

These return and refund terms apply to all purchases made from PitiXtech online store at https://www.pitixtech.eu.
The terms have been prepared in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia and EU consumer protection directives.
PitiXtech ensures fair, transparent, and legally compliant return and warranty procedures for its customers.


Right of Withdrawal

A consumer (a natural person purchasing goods outside of their trade or profession) has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of receiving the goods, without providing a reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must send a written notice to info@pitixtech.eu, including the order number, customer’s name and contact details, the name of the product to be returned, and a clear statement of the intent to withdraw from the purchase.


Conditions for Returning Goods

Returned goods must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered to the customer.
The goods must not be installed, used, or physically damaged.

The following items cannot be returned:
custom-built computers and systems made to order; opened or activated software, games, and licenses; products with broken or removed seals, serial numbers, or security labels; accessories and consumables that, by their nature, are not suitable for return (for example thermal paste, cooling liquids, cables, etc.).

If the product has been damaged due to customer misuse or shows signs of use, PitiXtech reserves the right to refuse the return or reduce the refund amount proportionally to the product’s diminished value.


Return Procedure and Costs

Returned goods must be sent or delivered to the address provided to the customer after confirmation of the withdrawal request.
The direct costs of return shipping (transport, packaging) are covered by the customer, except when the return is due to an error on PitiXtech’s part (for example wrong or defective item).


Refunds

PitiXtech will refund the full purchase amount, including the initial delivery cost (except for additional costs arising from the customer’s choice of a more expensive delivery option than the standard method), within 14 days from receiving the withdrawal notice.

Refunds will be made to the same payment account from which the purchase was made, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.
PitiXtech may withhold the refund until the goods have been returned or until proof of return has been provided by the customer.


Defective or Incorrect Product

If a customer receives a defective or incorrect product, they must notify us immediately via email at info@pitixtech.eu, including the order number, a description of the issue, and photos or videos of the product.

PitiXtech will cover all costs related to the replacement or repair of defective or incorrect items.


Submitting a Complaint

A consumer may submit a complaint within 24 months from receiving the goods.
The complaint must be submitted in Estonian and clearly describe the defect found in the product.
A sales invoice serves as the basis for the complaint.
PitiXtech will respond to complaints within 15 working days.

If it is determined that the defect was caused by the customer or improper use, PitiXtech reserves the right to charge a fee for diagnostics or repair work according to the current price list.


For Businesses (B2B)

The 14-day withdrawal right does not apply to business customers (legal entities), unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Warranty conditions for business clients apply according to the terms set by the manufacturer or seller.
